Frequently Asked Questions about Bow Rental

The minimum rental period is 1 month or 1 year. You can extend it flexibly. The rental contract will automatically renew for 1 month or 1 year.

Normal wear and tear is covered. In the case of intentional damage or gross negligence, the renter will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item. Relevant terms are outlined in the general terms and conditions.

All orders are processed immediately after payment is completed and shipped as quickly as possible.

* All prices include statutory VAT. One month corresponds to a period of 30 days; plus a one-time start-up fee of €20. Depending on the selected contract option, a binding minimum term of 30 days or 12 months applies. After the minimum term has expired, the contract automatically renews for an additional 30 days or 12 months. The customer is entitled to terminate the contract at any time by returning the rental item to us. The return to us is considered a proper termination of the existing contract, effective after the end of the agreed minimum term and at the end of the ongoing 30-day billing period on the return date.
